I’m no longer stressed about what I can and can’t eat and food just tastes better now. I also find I’m not constantly thinking about food all the time, I feel like a big weight has been lifted and look forward to continue this journey and learn more about Intuitive Eating and to show my daughters that life doesn’t revolve around food and diets.
Through working with Amanda I discovered myself. I had been a mum since I was 19 and didn’t know much about how to be me, find my path and follow my dreams. Now I have the tools and confidence to keep going, even in the tough times.
My favourite part of the coaching process was learning who I am. Now I ask, “What does Jay want? What does Jay need?”

My biggest fear was that I was going to meet another person who wasn’t going to listen to me and understand what I needed help with like the countless doctors that I had talked to in the past.
With Amanda however, I felt like I was chatting away with a friend and I never felt judged. I really enjoyed walking away from each session being able to say “WOW” with all the realisations and light-bulb moments I had.
My favorite part of the coaching process was when all the light bulbs started go off in my head! It all came together as I learnt to listen to my internal cues, asking myself, “Am I hungry? What do I love to eat? What food makes me feel good as a whole? Have I had enough to eat?”
I never thought I was self-absorbed, but dieting kept me constantly obsessed with myself, my weight, my size and how I looked. I now realise I can spend my time in a much more rewarding and uplifting way.
I just wanted to say THANK YOU! Someone who finally understand me, it’s a relief after all these years.
Through coaching with Amanda I was surprised to discover what a bully I had been to myself. I was letting other people’s expectations (literally) weigh me down. Once I started to nourish, self-parent and care for myself I started to feel free, like a weight was lifted from me.
I had hit a very low weight and had an unhealthy obsession with food. My biggest fear about starting work with Amanda was the unknown and someone discovering how little I ate. Instead of judgement, Amanda came from a place of guidance which helped me see the true picture.
After working with Amanda I am surprised by how different I feel, how I hold myself, how I interact with people and who I have become. It’s like the weight of the world has lifted off my shoulders! I’ve discovered I don’t have to fit in. Being ME is perfectly okay!
Amanda will provide you with a gateway to understanding any food issues you may have. I was an emotional eater and the awareness of why I was doing what I was doing was made so much clearer after working with Amanda.
I really enjoyed working with the different techniques that Amanda used as it gave me a choice to discover what works for me and understand what my body and mind needed. I left each session with new tools and feeling full of knowledge.
Before I started coaching with Amanda I had never put much thought into myself and my life. Everyone else came first. It was exciting to start focusing on me and working on me.
My biggest fear was dealing with my reality and getting out of my comfort zone. I can honestly say Amanda put me at ease straight away. This journey has empowered me to listen to my internal cues and stop the Food-Police controlling my thoughts.
